FAQs

How long does it take to receive my custom swatch?

Once we have agreed upon a digital mockup, I will send your swatch to my printer. Typically they are back to me within 14 business days.

Can you color match any paint?

Yes although because the formulation of paint differs from the way textiles and papers are printed, there may be come variation from the original color. This is why we always recommend producing a color sample before sending at larger order to the printer.

Shipping:

Textiles & Wallpapers: Our textiles and wallpapers are made to order the USA and ship in approximately 7-14 business days. All textiles and papers ship directly to you from our professional print house in North Carolina and include detailed installation instructions.

All textiles and wallpapers are made to order - including some swatches.

Framed Art Prints: Are made to order and typically arrive within 7-14 business days.

For all made to order products like wallpaper, textiles, and prints - lead times vary from 7 days to 3+ weeks depending on the product ordered. To determine the lead-time on a specific item, please reach out to hello@newportnowhere.co

Returns:

All made to order products are not eligible for returns. If you have a concern with an order, please email us: shop@gretaharrison.com

For textiles and wallpaper, please order at least 10-20% extra. If you do not order enough, we cannot guarantee an exact color match as slight variations can occur each time they are printed.
